Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order before the license key or account details are delivered to your email. Once the product has been offered or activated, cancellations are no longer possible.

Refund Eligibility

Processing Refunds

If your refund request is approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

• The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
